Click the Register button on our Partner Portal and complete the online form with your business, banking, and contact details. Upload the required documents, and our Relationship Manager (RM) will review your application.

The following documents are required:
• PAN Card (mandatory)
• GST Certificate (where applicable)
• Address Proof of business
• Bank Account Proof (Cancelled Cheque / Passbook)
Additional documents may be requested by RM if needed.

Typically, applications are reviewed within 2–3 working days. If documents are complete, your Partner Code will be generated quickly. Any missing details may cause slight delays.

Once approved, you’ll receive your Partner Code and login credentials. Use them to log in to the B2B Partner Portal where you can browse the catalog, check schemes, and place bulk orders online.

Partners can pay via:
• Online Banking / UPI
• Credit/Debit Cards
• NEFT/RTGS Transfers
All transactions are recorded in the Partner Portal for easy tracking.

Log in to the Partner Portal and go to Order History. You can view live status updates like Pending, Approved, Dispatched, or Delivered, and also download invoices and shipping details.

Yes ✅ Partners receive access to marketing materials, product brochures, and seasonal campaigns. Joint promotions and regional events are also conducted with partner participation.

Each partner is assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) who will assist with orders, payments, and support queries. You can also raise tickets directly in the Partner Portal.
